Mark J. Mauro, CPA/PFS Mark always knew he wanted to be a CPA.  A graduate of Syracuse University in 1982, Mark started the CPA firm in 1990. A student of his profession, Mark has achieved the following Certifications: CPA - Certified Public Accountant - The Main Achievement. PFS - Personal Financial Specialist - This Financial Planning and Investment Advising certification is the equivalent of the more widely known CFP, but requires the holder to also have achieved the CPA designation. CCPS - Certified College Planning Specialist - Helping families pay for college with little or no change to their current lifestyle is the power behind this skill. CTRS - Certified Tax Resolution Specialist - Acquired in 1999, this qualified Mark as a National IRS expert.  In developing an IRS niche, Mark successfully handled hundreds of IRS cases annually. AM and CBA - These two designations certified Mark as a Business Appraiser with the Nation's 2 largest Business Appraising organizations.  While he no longer practices this formally, he has the skill and knowledge to assess the value of a business.

Maria Muth, CPA, PFS, CCPS, CLTC Maria is a 1988 graduate of Rutgers University and former Big 4 Manager. Maria is known for her high ethical standards and her high level of client service.  What makes Maria such a good team player is that Maria also wants to perform her craft better every day. Maria is also a student of her profession.  She has achieved the following Certifications: CPA - Certified Public Accountant - The Main Achievement. Quickbooks ProAdvisor - This certification qualifies Maria as an expert in Quickbooks software.  Coupled with her CPA, Maria is wonderfully qualified to set up and train our clients in QB.
